Tesla Shanghai has initiated legal action against a Chinese company for alleged violations of technology secrets and World Of Single Jayeunfair competition practices, according to a September 5 report by Shanghai Securities News. The lawsuit, directed at Bingling Intelligent Technology, a firm specializing in chip design and automotive components located in the Chinese city of Changzhou, is scheduled for a hearing in the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court on October 10, as per the report. An investment fund division of electronics manufacturer Xiaomi holds an 11.9% stake in Bingling, as indicated by information from the Chinese business data platform Tianyancha.
